Distribution of computer programs, databases (including their updates and modifications), information security tools, including through the transfer of rights, granting of rights (licensing), providing remote access via information and telecommunications networks, including the Internet, provision of remote computing resources emulating physical equipment, copying, wholesale and retail sale of copies of computer programs and databases, publishing collections of computer programs and databases, leasing copies of computer programs and databases, rental.
2.2. Description of the Company's Activities
The Company is a developer and vendor of software for solving industry-specific tasks in the field of information and communications, information about which is presented in the "Home" and "Products" sections of this website.

3.1. Exclusive Right:
The Company is the copyright holder of the software "Software '4G/5G NSA Network Packet Core TELCORE EPC consisting of: software 'TELCORE GGSN/PGW', software 'TELCORE SGW', software 'TELCORE MME', software 'TELCORE EMS'" (hereinafter referred to as the "Software"), which is confirmed by Rospatent Certificate of State Registration of a Computer Program No. 2025691734 dated November 17, 2025.
3.2. Unified Register of Russian Computer Programs and Databases:
Register entry for the inclusion of the Software in the Unified Register of Russian Computer Programs and Databases No. 23912 dated September 6, 2024.
3.3. Methods for Granting Usage Rights and Cost:
The Company provides the Software to Licensees under the terms of a simple (non-exclusive) license.
The cost is determined individually depending on the objective parameters of the project, taking into account the feasibility study. When determining the price, the following are considered: functional requirements, scale of implementation, scope of modifications and integrations, as well as the terms of support and operation.
